Bio

Lee Colee’ (KoLAY) is a highly sought-after performing arts coach who helps not only actors, singers, and dancers land leading roles on stage and screen by mastering one thing most performers overlook, but anyone needing to discover self defeating assumptions that prevent job or social success. Through a proven coaching framework that blends performance mastery with mental conditioning, Lee has helped countless artists and job seekers break through self-doubt, unlock authentic presence, and consistently book the roles and careers they dream of.

When Lee isn’t coaching, she can be found working as a voice over talent and on camera actress. Her award winning performances include “Junga, the Dancing Yeti,” International Film Festival, 2024, “Alice In Wonderland,” Theatre Drama Voice Over Award, 2024 with MCVO and The San Marcos ‘Arts Advocacy Award in 2016. A member of her local Toast Masters Association, Lee finds taking the stage with a talk that is entertaining, comedic and straight from her book, “Puberty Passed Me By…But I Caught a Ride,” to be an entertaining look at self discovery. It took her 50 years to learn “It’s not about me…until it is.” She hopes her audiences discover it much sooner than she did.
